The Thornier C-Star is a SeaPlane added in the Most Wanted event, which lasted from late February to late March. The SeaPlane costs 90 Cameras which were used as a currency during the event. The plane was one of the two SeaPlanes added in the event. It is the cheapest of the two. The other one being the Amphib 2000. The plane is not comparable to anything in the store.
